Susan Cole Realty Group - Lebanon, NH
Susan Cole, a ninth generation native to the Upper Valley Region of New Hampshire, is President-Elect of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS. She has been a REALTOR since 2009 and broker/owner of Susan Cole Realty Group since 2017.
Susan has spent the majority of her real estate career volunteering at the local, state and national levels. She was the Upper Valley Board of REALTORS President in 2019 and 2020 and its REALTOR of the Year in 2019. She graduated from the NHAR Leadership Academy in 2019 and has served the state as member liaison and member of the legal committee, forms subcommittee, grievance subcommittee and risk management subcommittee. She has been selected as a member of the 2024 NAR risk management issues committee.
Away from the real estate industry, Susan enjoys giving back to her community and spending time with her family on her National Bicentennial farm.
JOSH GREENWALD

Josh Greenwald is the Principal Broker at Greenwald Realty Group. Originally from Keene, Josh returned from New York City where he was working in Advertising Sales for MTV Networks, so he and his wife can enjoy raising their two children in Keene. In the last 18 years, Josh has grown Greenwald Realty Associates into a full service agency. At Greenwald Realty, Josh specializes in Listing and Selling Residential and Commercial Real Estate as well as Property Management. Joshua has been a Member of the Monadnock Region Board of REALTORS since 2003, New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Josh was the 2018 President of the Monadnock Region Board of Realtors, 2019 Realtor of the Year for Monadnock Region and currently Member Liaison for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. Additionally, Josh is on the Assessing Board for the City of Keene, Board of Directors for the Keene YMCA, Lions Club and Keene High School Project Graduation.
JOANIE McINTIRE

New Hampshire Association of REALTORS President Joanie McIntire began her career in real estate in the fall of 2008 with Coldwell Banker J. Hampe Associates, where she still works today as an associate broker.
She is an active member of the Sunapee Regional Board of Realtors, including serving as the board president in 2018 and 2019. She has served NHAR on numerous committees, including public policy, communications, and the executive committee on her path to the 2024 presidency.
Joanie and her husband Mark live in Concord, NH, and are especially proud of their three handsome sons and their ever-growing family, including three lovely daughters-in-law and four wonderful granddaughters. When not working with clients, Joanie enjoys running, skiing, knitting, and reading.
