Amy has over a decade of experience serving clients in Beverly and throughout the North Shore. She is a hard worker who built her business from the ground up to become one of Beverly’s top Realtors. Amy is a highly respected Realtor in the North Shore with a reputation for always putting her client’s needs first. Amy has a degree in Marketing from Suffolk University and worked on the mortgage side of the real estate business before making the leap to sales. She continues to work closely with lenders and attorneys to stay fully informed about industry changes. Originally from Hamilton, Amy is currently a Wenham resident.

Theresa Hatton, CAE, RCE is the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS. Previously, Theresa served as the Executive Vice President of the Greenwich Association of REALTORS and the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Inc. Theresa joined the Greenwich Association in January 2010.
Prior, Theresa served for four years as the Executive Vice President of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS in Franklin, TN. Theresa has substantial association management experience, working as the Director of Chapter Support for the Society of Cable Telecommunication Engineers and the Director of Marketing for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. Prior to her non-profit experience, Theresa served as the Director of Marketing for a number of start-up telecommunication and software companies.
In 2013 Theresa was named a 40-under-40 award recipient in non-profit management by the Fairfield Business Journal. In 2015 Theresa was the recipient of the NAR Association Executives Leaders of the Future award. Theresa has a BA in Economics from Colgate University and earned her MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. She has a witty, logical and literal teenaged daughter named Emma, an amazing partner, Bryan, and two precious labradoodles named Kailey and Zoey.
